SAP FICO Consultant

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions.
Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, etc.) in line with business needs.
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) and third-party systems.
Analyze and optimize financial business processes; recommend SAP FICO best practices for process improvement.
Design and generate financial reports and support complex financial data analysis.
Ensure compliance with local and global financial regulations and maintain internal controls.
Conduct user training sessions on SAP FICO functionalities and provide end-user support.
Troubleshoot and resolve FICO-related issues during and after implementation.
Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and training materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
6+ years
of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
Strong expertise in
SAP FICO configuration
and business process design.
Hands-on experience in
SAP S/4HANA Finance
is required.
Excellent understanding of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
