Lead end-to-end SAP TM implementation, configuration, and enhancements.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Integrate SAP TM with SAP ECC/S4HANA, EWM, GTS, and other logistics systems.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support system upgrades.
Provide guidance, best practices, and mentoring to junior team members.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP TM (Basic & Advanced functionalities).
Experience with Planning, Execution, Freight Orders, Carrier Selection, Charge Calculation, and Freight Settlement.
Integration experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
Working knowledge of BOPF, PPF, BRF+, and Master Data.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred: Experience in Agile methodologies, international logistics, or cloud-based TM deployments.
