Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Pune (Onsite)

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting functions, strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST compliance, and direct/indirect taxation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP
• Prepare and maintain financial records including invoices, purchase orders, and bank reconciliations
• Handle GST filing, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns
• Assist in TDS computation and return filing
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and follow up on outstanding balances
• Maintain documentation and support for all financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in accounting roles
• Proficient in Tally ERP (latest version)
• Strong knowledge of GST laws, TDS, and other taxation regulations
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working Salary Processing
• Knowledge of E-way bills, PF, ESIC, and ROC filings is a plus
• Familiarity with basic audit procedures
