Position : Swimming Coach (Female) Location : Trivandrum Salary : ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (Negotiable) Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate. Experience : 3 to 6 years Age : Below 40 Job Requirements: Female candidate with good communication skills Proven experience as a Swimming Coach or Trainer Ability to train individuals across various age groups Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and safety protocols Certification in swimming coaching/life-saving (preferred) Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills Passionate about coaching and mentoring Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct swimming training sessions for students of varying skill levels Provide personalized coaching to improve techniques and performance Ensure safety of all participants during training sessions Plan and execute structured swimming programs Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback Enforce all safety guidelines and pool rules Coordinate with management for scheduling and facility maintenance Motivate students and encourage participation in competitions (if applicable) Preferred Qualifications: Certification in swimming/life-saving (from recognized authority) First-aid certification (preferred) Graduation in Physical Education/Sports (optional but preferred) Interested candidates are requested to share your updated resumes to mdjinitha@gmail.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Swimming Coach: 2 years (Preferred) Education Industry: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
