Swiftnet application SME

You are required to work as a SAG-SNL, SAA, AWP, HSM Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Pune for the Global Financial Messaging group. Your main responsibility will be managing SWIFT-based applications that connect to the SWIFT infrastructure on a global scale. This role demands a high level of commitment, accountability, and responsibility towards the applications of the global financial messaging team. You need to be dynamic, hands-on, possess technical knowledge, and excel in project, change, release, stakeholders, and vendor management. Due to the constantly changing regulatory framework in different countries, you will encounter high-impact and frequent changes in these global applications. The role requires you to be a quick learner who can understand various applications of global financial messaging rapidly. Key Responsibilities: - Take full accountability and responsibility for all SWIFT Application applications (SAG-SNL, SAA, AWP, HSM). - Collaborate effectively with downstream applications to ensure timely communication of any changes and thorough testing. - Be 70% hands-on and provide leadership and guidance to a team of 3-4 employees. - Establish strong relationships with partners, team members, and stakeholders. - Report status concisely to all stakeholders of the global financial messaging team at predefined frequencies. - Monitor projects, programs, releases, and maintain statuses aligned with stakeholders" requirements and deadlines. Knowledge/Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MCA/MCS. - 8-12 years of experience in the SWIFT domain. - Proficiency in SWIFT protocols, interface implementation, SWIFT Fileact, Interact, FIN/MT messages, and ISO20022 formats. - Understanding of SWIFT Applications such as SAG-SNL, SAA, AWP, HSM & SWIFTNet Browse Services. - Experience in working with large setups and businesses globally would be advantageous. Skills Required: - Proficiency in complete SDLC (development, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting) on UNIX and Windows. - Knowledge of Change Management life cycle and Service Now. - Familiarity with security management tools. - Technical competence, organizational skills, proactiveness, and the ability to discuss issues with business and technical users at all levels. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in science, computers, information technology, or engineering, or MCA/MCS. You should be prepared to work late in the evening India time as needed to interact with the US/UK team and address urgent client requests.,
