As a SAG-SNL, SAA, AWP, HSM Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Pune for the Global Financial Messaging group, you will play a critical role in managing SWIFT-based applications that connect to the SWIFT infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include taking full accountability of all SWIFT applications (SAG-SNL, SAA, AWP, HSM), collaborating effectively with downstream applications, being hands-on while also leading a small team, building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, reporting status concisely to the global financial messaging team, and keeping track of projects, programs, and releases to ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements and deadlines. Ideally, you should hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering or MCA/MCS with 8-12 years of experience in the SWIFT domain. Your knowledge of SWIFT protocols, interface implementation, Fileact, Interact, FIN/MT messages, ISO20022 formats, and various SWIFT applications will be crucial. Experience in working with large setups and global businesses will be advantageous. Your skill set should encompass complete SDLC experience on UNIX and Windows, knowledge of Change Management life cycle, familiarity with Service Now, and ideally, expertise in security management tools. You should be technically competent, well-organized, proactive, and comfortable engaging with business and technical users at all levels. The qualifications required for this role include a bachelor's degree in science, computers, information technology, engineering, or MCA/MCS. Additionally, you should be prepared to work late in the evening India time as needed to interact with the US/UK teams and address urgent client requests. You should be able to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle unexpected changes in expectations or requirements. Your educational background should include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. You should be able to operate with a limited level of direct supervision, exercise independence of judgment, and act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members.
