Job Title: Agronomist Role Summary: As an Agronomist, you will be responsible for studying and managing various aspects of crop production and soil/media management to optimize yields and ensure sustainability. You will conduct research, analyze data, and provide recommendations to improve agricultural output through the adoption of best and next practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct field surveys and analyze soil/media properties to assess fertility levels and suitability for cultivation. 2. Plan and implement cultivation programs to ensure optimum yield and quality as per the companys requirements. 3. Plan and oversee the application of fertilizers, pesticides, and other yield-enhancing measures. 4. Ensure effective and optimal use of resources such as water and energy, while promoting conservation practices. 5. Handle manpower efficiently by providing training to ensure maximum output per individuals. Requirements: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 10 years of practical experience working with agricultural producers. Strong familiarity with sustainable agricultural practices and environmental considerations. Knowledge of precision agriculture technologies and tools. Technical Skills: Proven expertise in crop production techniques, soil/media science, and plant physiology. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. Well-versed in MS Office. Experience with MIS, statutory compliance, and financial submissions. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral communication skills in the local language Hindi Preferable. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the value chain. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Behavioral Competencies: Result-oriented with strong attention to detail. High standards of integrity. Commitment to customer satisfaction. Additional Requirements: Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to field sites as needed.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Manager to lead our confectionery manufacturing unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, managing the production staff, and handling all related documentation. The Production Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality confectionery products. Duties and Responsibilities: Production Oversight: Plan and organize daily production activities to meet production targets and schedules. Monitor production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and efficiency goals. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize production output. Staff Management: Supervise and mentor production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance updates. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including inventory, yields, and wastage. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in food science, engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in a production management role within the food manufacturing industry. Proven experience in managing a diverse production team and achieving production targets. Sound knowledge of food manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective team collaboration. Detail-oriented and well-versed in documentation and record-keeping. Familiarity with production management software and MS Office Suite.
