SVP - Operational Risk Management- Quality Assurance Lead

As a Senior Vice President, Operational Risk Management- Quality Assurance Lead at Citi, your role involves managing a team and undertaking Quality Assurance of Independent Challenge, Testing & Monitoring routines conducted by the global ORM teams. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Maintain and evolve the ORM Quality Assurance Methodology and desktop procedures - Establish and oversee the execution of ORM Quality Assurance for the entire Global ORM teams - Lead and manage a team of Quality Assurance testing team, providing coaching and development - Contribute to governance processes such as annual planning and change management of annual plans - Provide challenge to the ORM coverage and Risk SME teams for Independent Challenge activities and undertake quality assurance activities as directed - Coordinate and manage stakeholder engagements within the wider Risk organization - Provide management information to relevant stakeholders In order to be successful in this role, you should ideally possess the following skills and exposure: - 12+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Operational Risk Assurance, or Compliance Assurance with a strong knowledge of 2nd line Testing & Monitoring routines - Outstanding communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization and with external partners and vendors - In-depth knowledge of Assurance Methodologies and technology platforms supporting 2nd line Risk Management - Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to a broad audience - Detail-oriented with analytical skills, particularly in data manipulation and presentation using Microsoft Office Tools - Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred At Citi, you will have access to various programs and services that support your well-being, empower you to make healthy decisions, and help you plan for your future.
