Role Overview: As the Business Analytics Group Manager, you will be accountable for managing complex professional disciplinary areas and leading a team of professionals. Your role will involve developing and articulating an analytical framework to solve business challenges, extracting actionable insights based on advanced analysis of customer behavior, and driving innovative thinking to transform the analytical capability of the organization. You will also be responsible for understanding regulatory implications, ensuring quantity control in analytical processes, and providing cross-functional leadership to drive towards common goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and articulate an analytical framework to solve business challenges - Extract actionable insights based on advanced analysis of customer behavior - Lead and develop reporting subordinates in developing a sound analytical approach - Drive innovative thinking to transform the analytical capability of the organization - Understand regulatory implications and develop mitigation/opportunity strategies - Ensure robust quantity control in analytical processes - Provide cross-functional leadership to drive towards common goals - Leverage industry best practices, navigate internal relationships, and become the key point of contact for delivery and adoption Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience - Experience in financial services - Ability in strategic thinking and framing business problems - Excellent analytical, technical, and statistical skills with a proven ability to translate large volumes of data - Strong communication skills to interact with technical analysts and non-technical business leaders - Intellectually curious with a consistent focus on seeking and developing new opportunities - Market research experience Please note that this job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed, and other job-related duties may be assigned as required.,
