Position: Technical Support & Customer Service (Voice Broadband Process)
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Work Schedule: 24x7 Rotational Shifts with 2 Rotational Weekly Offs
Role Overview:
Become a vital part of our International Voice Process team, providing exceptional support to global customers on broadband-related queries. Your contributions will ensure seamless connectivity and customer satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range:- 30,000
Overtime Incentives: 400rs (per hour)
Monthly Incentives - 2,750.
Performance Bonus: Up to 18,000 quarterly
Travel Allowance: 3,550 - (Both Ways)
Additional Perks: Paid training and a supportive team environment
Candidate Profile: - Education: HSC or Graduate
Experience: Freshers with strong English communication skills or professionals with experience in Customer Support or Technical Support
