Job Description

Architect/Engineer with around 7- 10 years of work experience in the field of Sustainability and Green Buildings. Bachelors degree is minimum. Candidates with Masters degree will be given preference. Knowledge of Green Building Certifications, Energy efficiency and sustainability concepts is must. Must have delivered and completed at least 5 Green Building projects (Pre-certification and/or Certification). Must be accredited professional from IGBC & GRIHA. Candidates with LEED AP/WELL AP credential shall be given preference. Effective presentation, communication and interpersonal skills should be there and shall be a good team player. Candidates with experience on team handling shall be preferred. Hands-on experience on AutoCAD, MS is must. Candidates with experience of BIM, Daylight and Energy simulations shall be given preference.
