Sustainability Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on sustainability data of companies across various sectors. Your tasks will include analyzing Annual Reports, ESG Reports, CSR Reports, Proxy Statements, and articles of companies to extract ESG related information. Additionally, you will need to understand and analyze company policies, processes, and commitments towards their stakeholders, the society, and the environment. Your role will also involve sorting, cleaning, and managing ESG data for our clients. Furthermore, you will support a team of Sustainability Consultants and Senior Consultants on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research and analysis on sustainability data of companies - Analyze Annual Reports, ESG Reports, CSR Reports, Proxy Statements, and articles to extract ESG related information - Understand and analyze company policies, processes, and commitments towards stakeholders, society, and environment - Sort, clean, and manage ESG data for clients - Support a team of Sustainability Consultants and Senior Consultants Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Sustainability, Environmental Science, Finance, or related disciplines - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in sustainability research or financial consulting is a plus,
