I had a very disappointing experience today. The doctor was extremely rude, didn’t listen to me, and spoke in a loud, unprofessional tone. It’s basic courtesy to treat patients with respect, and that was completely missing.

I had a very disappointing experience with your hospital. I called several times requesting an ophthalmology consultation, but the person who answered was unable to assist me and did not return my calls as promised.

This is the best hospital . Doctors are very good and polite, nursing staff is also very attentive towards the patient. Cleaning is very good, housekeeping staff is very good and do their duty very sincerely
