Surveyor

You will be responsible for conducting inspections and site supervision for QAQC civil works at Adani Ports Mundra as a Senior Surveyor Civil. Your main duties will include third-party inspection or QA/QC of civil projects on a continuous basis, conducting on-site training for juniors, mentoring, preparing progress reports, field inspection reports, NCs, etc., based on clients" requirements. You will also need to follow up on the above reports and close any gaps mentioned in the reports. Adherence to Codes and Standards, knowledge of codes and standards, inspection, and supervision of construction activities as per client requirements, as well as the review of QAP & Quality Manual are essential aspects of this role. In terms of HSE, you must comply with the BV Cardinal Safety Rules in all situations and adhere to company HSE requirements such as policies, procedures, guidelines, and local legal requirements related to HSE. It is crucial to take care of your health and safety, as well as that of your colleagues and others. Immediate reporting of any shortcomings on HSE, including any incidents, unsafe work practices/conditions, to your immediate Line Managers, and sharing opportunities for improvement on HSE aspects is expected. Ensuring the reporting of unsafe conditions at the site, delivering reports on time, maintaining client relationships for retention and growth, and compliance with internal and external guidelines, policies, and procedures are key responsibilities. Additionally, ensuring internal and external customer service satisfaction, such as handling complaints effectively, and adhering to Group HSE Guidelines will be part of your role.,
