Job Description Field Survey Executive – Cold Calling (Real Estate) I Company: Fly High Developers LLP I Job Location: Bangalore (Field-based) I Full-time / Part-time I We are hiring Field Survey Executives for a purely field-based role involving cold calls and direct interaction with the public. The role requires meeting people in person, explaining the purpose of the survey, asking predefined questions, and collecting basic contact details for real estate market research. This job is not sales but involves cold interaction and data collection. Key Responsibilities: Conduct door-to-door and on-field cold interactions Politely approach individuals and explain the survey purpose Ask predefined survey questions related to: Property ownership Interest in buying/selling land or plots Location preferences & budget range Collect and record basic information such as: Name Mobile number Location Property-related interest Ensure accurate and genuine data collection Submit daily survey data through forms / WhatsApp / CRM. Maintain professional behavior and follow company guidelines. Cover assigned areas within the given timeline. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: 10th Freshers can apply Must be comfortable with cold calling & talking to strangers Good communication skills in Kannada (English/Tamil/Telugu is a plus) Willing to work 100% on field Smartphone is mandatory Two-wheeler preferred Skills Required: Confidence in speaking with unknown people Basic persuasion & listening skills Ability to handle rejection politely Honest and responsible data handling Basic mobile usage (Google Forms / WhatsApp) Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives Travel allowance (if applicable) Training & survey script will be provided Growth opportunity into sales/marketing roles Important Note: This role involves cold calls and direct public interaction Target-based survey completion No fake or duplicate data allowed How to Apply: 📞 Contact / WhatsApp: 7996955955
