Survey Engineer

The position of Survey Draughtsman is currently available in Kolkata with a salary range of 10,000 to 15,000. The ideal candidate should have either an ITI or Diploma in Survey Engineering / Civil Engineering and possess 1 to 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Google Earth is mandatory for this role. As a Survey Draughtsman, your main responsibility will be to support survey and drafting operations by preparing detailed survey drawings, topographical maps, and layout plans using AutoCAD. You will need to interpret and draft from survey data, field sketches, and measurements, overlay survey data on Google Earth with precision, and assist in updating existing drawings based on site revisions and survey feedback. It will also be essential to maintain accurate records and files of all drawings and supporting documents, as well as coordinate closely with surveyors and engineering teams for clarification and updates. To excel in this role, you must have a strong command of AutoCAD for survey and civil drafting, a good understanding of Google Earth and basic GIS overlay techniques, and the ability to interpret survey field data effectively. Additionally, you should possess sound knowledge of civil drawings, scales, and plotting standards, along with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
