Job Title: Survey Agent – Outbound Department: Market Research / Call Center / Customer Experience Reports To: Survey Team Lead / Campaign Manager Key Responsibilities: Conduct Outbound Calls Initiate outbound calls to targeted individuals or businesses based on campaign data. Follow scripted or semi-structured questionnaires to collect accurate responses. Data Collection & Entry Record survey responses accurately into internal databases or survey tools. Ensure completeness and clarity of data for analysis. Maintain Call Quality Follow quality guidelines, tone, and etiquette during calls. Handle objections or refusals respectfully and professionally. Achieve Daily/Weekly Targets Meet assigned quotas for completed surveys or successful calls. Optimize call time and minimize idle periods. Feedback & Reporting Report on call issues, data inconsistencies, or campaign challenges to supervisors. Suggest improvements based on caller experience. Compliance & Confidentiality Adhere to company policies, data protection laws (e.g., GDPR), and confidentiality requirements. Avoid any attempt to influence or bias responses.
