Job Description

Service Line:

Specialty:

Understand and ensure compliance with
quality requirements
from both process and target perspectives.
Train new joiners
effectively on Medical Coding concepts, client specifications, and guidelines.
Monitor
trainee productivity and quality output
as per OJT glide path/ramp-up targets.
Provide
continuous structured feedback
to trainees and team leads.
Educate trainees on
latest coding updates
and client-specific requirements.
Conduct
one-on-one sessions
for repeated errors and improvement areas.
Share
QC feedback
effectively with trainees and assist team leads in early confirmation of trainees.
Support team leads by providing
valuable inputs on productivity and quality
for decision-making.

Job Specifications:

Experience:
Minimum 1+ years of professional and relevant experience in
Medical Coding (Surgery specialty)
.
Training Expertise:
Ability to deliver
extensive coaching and training
as per defined processes.
Must have
variant training & coaching strategies
to cater to different learning needs.
Certifications:
CPC, CCS, COC, AHIMA (mandatory).
Education:
Any graduate.

Preferred Skills:

Strong knowledge of
ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines
.
Excellent
communication and presentation skills
.
Ability to
analyze errors and provide corrective measures
.
Proficiency in
quality monitoring and feedback mechanisms
.
