Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers with Accounts and Non-technical issues, playing a vital role within the Support Team at HARMAN. - Collaborate with Global Support Services, Engineering, Sales, and Product Marketing to deliver exceptional service through various channels like chat, email, phone, or Zoom. - Follow up with customers, escalate issues following Standard Operating Procedures, work with internal teams to resolve issues, document and reproduce customer issues, perform technical troubleshooting, and contribute to knowledge base content. Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelor's Degree and possess prior experience with a major service case system. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and within deadlines, both independently and in a team. - Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift model across different time zones and a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office.
