Support Lead

You are a skilled Automation Anywhere Support Lead with 7-12 years of experience, located in Greater Noida. Your primary responsibility is to oversee the management, troubleshooting, and enhancement of RPA solutions. You must have extensive experience in Automation Anywhere and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), possess strong documentation skills, and demonstrate exceptional leadership in handling clients and teams. Your role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless automation processes, high system uptime, and continuous improvements. Your key responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing Automation Anywhere RPA bots, troubleshooting technical issues to improve automation efficiency, documenting processes, sharing best practices, handling client interactions for smooth issue resolution, and leading and mentoring support teams for effective RPA operations. To excel in this role, you must have expertise in Automation Anywhere (AA360, Document Automation), strong troubleshooting, bot architecture, and scripting skills.
