Role Description

This is a part-time internship on-site role for a Support Group Coordinator, located in Delhi NCR around AIIMS. The Support Group Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and facilitating support group meetings, providing case management, offering customer service, and delivering technical support. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating schedules, ensuring effective communication among group members, addressing individual needs, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Experience in Case Management and offering Customer Service
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in healthcare or patient support services is a plus
