Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through effective communication skills. Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling of relevant products/services based on customer needs. Maintain records of all interactions with customers Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in BPO/call center environment with excellent call handling skills. Excellent English language proficiency for effective customer interaction over phone/email/chat platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Work from office - 6 days
