Role & responsibilities

  • Handling inbound and outbound WhatsApp messages, user calls, and emails
  • Resolving login and video playback issues
  • Guiding students on how to use the course platform
  • Making and receiving user calls for assistance
  • Coordinating with the technical team when necessary

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong communication skills for handling daily user calls
  • Ability to guide students on course-related queries and provide assistance
  • Patient and approachable with a focus on customer service
  • Comfortable working with course platforms and troubleshooting issues
  • Previous experience in customer support or education-related roles is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and handle inbound/outbound calls, messages, and emails effectively
