Support Executive (Female Candidates Only)

Job Description:
We are looking for a female Support Executive who can assist the team in day-to-day operations and provide support across different functions. The candidate should be flexible, hardworking, and willing to take on multiple responsibilities including system handling, customer interaction, calling, and basic social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to the support and operations team in daily tasks.
• Handle basic system operations and data entry.
• Interact with customers and handle inquiries politely and efficiently.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls for customer support.
• Support in social media handling and basic online tasks.
• Assist in coordination with other departments as required.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Basic knowledge of computers and social media.
• Good communication skills (Hindi/Punjabi/English preferred).
• Ability to multitask and support team members.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a supportive nature.
• Freshers can apply.

Education Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.69 per month
