Support Executive

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Support executive to join our team. As a Customer Support executive at our retail store, you will be responsible for greeting customers, helping them find the items they're looking for, providing recommendations, managing stock, and ensuring a positive and supportive shopping experience. The role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this position, you must have a positive attitude, a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service, and the ability to ensure that customers leave the store satisfied. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages is preferred along with excellent computer skills and willingness to multitask. This is a full-time or part-time position based in Surat, Gujarat. The working hours are during the day shift, and the preferred education qualification is a Secondary (10th Pass).
