Role Overview: As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting end-users in the Tower by addressing requests documented in the WiServe Portal. Your role will involve providing hands and feet support to domain teams in India and joining Incident calls during account outages. Additionally, you will conduct IT Asset Inventory Verification and ensure timely replies to email and chat communications from businesses. It is essential to maintain the compliance of IT assets according to the organization's standard security postures.
