Support Engineer

Role Overview: You are a proactive and detail-oriented Support Engineer with expertise in Electron JS, Angular, and Java. Joining our technical support team, you will diagnose, resolve, and escalate technical issues for desktop (Electron) and web-based (Angular/Java) applications. This role requires a blend of development knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L2/L2.5 application support for software solutions built using Electron JS, Angular, and Java. - Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement short-term and long-term resolutions. - Monitor application performance and logs, responding to incidents within defined SLAs. - Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve complex technical problems. - Develop support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. - Clearly communicate with clients or internal users to understand and address issue reports. - Participate in on-call rotation or provide after-hours support as needed. Qualification Required: - 5-14 years of experience in technical support, software engineering, or application maintenance. - Strong proficiency in Electron JS, Angular, and Java. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication and customer service skills. - Experience working within defined SLAs. - Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.,
