Support Engineer (Fresher)
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide banking-level assistance to ourcustomers.
Research and identify solutions to software issues.
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem. Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or Ticketing tool, until they’ve solved a technical issue. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams. Ensure all issues are properly logged. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time. Meet SLAs like response and resolution times by partnering within peers, L2 and L3 Supportorganizations.
Responsibilities
Proficient with relational databases (ORACLE, MySQL, MS SQL) Knowledge / Experience with Java or C++ (OOPs Concepts) Experience with Internet Protocols, HTTP / HTTPs Default ports for HTTP / FTP / MYSQL etc. Basic knowledge of Banking Basic knowledge of SSL Certificates, Tomcat Servers etc Basic Knowledge of Network Concepts (VPN, Telnet, Ping, Protocols)
Other Skills / Abilities:
Telephone etiquette Ability to balance multiple priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹9,008.26 - ₹29,395.01 per month
