Note: This position is part of a program designed to support women professionals returning to the workforce after a career break (9+ months career gap) This role supports the development and maintenance of high-quality software solutions to address a variety of customer use cases while ensuring scalability to handle large volumes of data and transactions. The focus is on delivering seamless support and enhancing systems that empower users to achieve their goals. We are looking for experienced Support Engineers who can take the lead in ensuring system reliability and efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address challenges, streamline processes, and contribute to the ongoing success of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure timely publication of reports and declarations for compliance-related activities. Utilize tools and technologies such as SQL, Cradle, Quicksight, AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch) to perform data processing and manage system workflows. Automate manual processes and optimize monthly cycles to improve operational efficiency. Drive discussions with product and technology teams to generate and maintain metrics, contributing to process improvements. Develop scripts and tools to support test infrastructure and troubleshoot reported bugs. Maintain healthy pipelines and lead initiatives to enhance core support engineering activities. Basic Qualifications: 2-8 years of experience in software development or technical support. Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems. Experience with Unix-based systems. Proficiency in scripting with modern programming languages. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development. Experience troubleshooting and maintaining hardware and software RAID systems. Familiarity with REST web services, XML, and JSON.
