Support Consultant- Machinery & Vehicle Management and Plant and Production

Role Overview: You will be the domain expert for machinery, plant operations, and production in construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to translate real-world machinery and plant workflows into the ERP system. You will collaborate with site teams, maintenance teams, and software/ERP teams to ensure the system aligns with on-ground operations at construction sites and plants. Key Responsibilities: - Be the expert on how construction companies maintain and manage their machinery, including preventive maintenance, breakdowns, servicing, spare parts management, logs, and fuel tracking. - Understand and oversee the operations of plants such as concrete plants, batching plants, and manufacturing parts within a construction environment. Qualification Required: - Strong hands-on experience in machinery and equipment maintenance within construction or related industries like road works, infrastructure, or mining. - Knowledge of plant operations and production processes specific to construction projects, such as batching plants and prefabrication. - Familiarity with maintenance workflows, including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance, as well as managing job cards, material requisitions, and parts issuance. - Ability to translate operational workflows into logical ERP module flows, incorporating approval hierarchies, checks, and error handling. - Excellent communication skills to engage with field engineers, maintenance staff, plant teams, and software developers effectively. - Proficiency in documenting processes clearly, providing user training, and supporting user adoption.
