Location:

As a Supply Scheduler , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling and coordination of production activities to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing costs.

Working closely with various departments including production, procurement, logistics, and sales, you will contribute to the seamless flow of materials and products throughout the supply chain.

Role & responsibilities

  1. Production Scheduling:

    Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory targets.
  2. Material Planning:

    Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components required for production.
  3. Inventory Management:

    Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory turns, minimize excess and obsolete inventory, and ensure product availability.
  4. Order Fulfillment:

    Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to prioritize and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  5. Capacity Planning:

    Assess production capacity and resource availability to identify potential bottlenecks and constraints, and implement solutions to optimize resource utilization.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, logistics, quality assurance, and sales to align supply chain activities with business objectives and customer requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, or materials management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in supply chain planning software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
