Supply Planning Strategy Associate

You will be responsible for executing the supply planning process, which includes inventory planning, requirements planning, production planning, and material planning. This role involves developing and maintaining finished goods inventory targets by SKU based on service level objectives, forecast error, and replenishment lead times. Your responsibilities will also include delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer fill rate, inventories, and cost targets. As a key interface between stock replenishment, operations, and logistics, you will need to identify, resolve, and escalate supply chain situations or risks such as manufacturing performance issues, material shortages, or demand surges. Additionally, you will be managing projects that impact the supply chain, such as new product launches or capacity expansions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives will also be an essential part of your role.
