Job Description

About The Role : Holds an important role in overseeing and optimizing service delivery processes within the organization. Responsible for delivering services as per assigned scope, managing Client relationships and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Fosters a culture of continuous improvement, employing process and technological proficiency and effective communication to drive service excellence. Participates in transformation projects, ensuring alignment with service delivery objectives, and facilitating proper integration of processes and technologies. About The Role : - Grade Specific Experience in Supply Planning and Vendor Collaboration. Experience in FMCG Sector preferred. Experience in leading team of Supply Planning experts. Experience in handling customer communication and acted as single point of contact for issue resolutions Hands on experience of working on planning tools like APO and ERP execution tools like ECC. Good understanding of planning methodologies like heuristics, optimization etc Deep expertize understanding of analyzing planning result output and scenario planning. Deep understanding of planning master data and its impact on plan quality. Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural teams spread across geographies.
