T o perform the planning and associated purchasing of products from suppliers to meet established goals for delivery, price and quality in order to support our customers within the India region

What You Will Do
Works with customer services on various order issues such as Daily order confirmation , delivery updates , cancellations, and returns. Assists customer services in determining standard pack and minimum order quantities for parts and new inforecord or Material master creation.

Consolidating the overall requriment of Jacks , Panels & Patch cords and breaking into Monthly , Weekly & Daily Plan . Release daily Job cards to the shop .

Monitors Plan Vs Actual daily released Plan & have a check on delivery dates to ensure delivery dates are met. Works with suppliers to expedite orders. Makes adjustments in schedules and orders to meet required dates. Researches ways of improving delivery performance Consolidate monthly materials reports and conduct Demand & Capacity Planning analysis as dictated by management. Drive for continous improvement in respective areas Participate in Lean activities wherever assigned Ensure compliance with all molex policies & procedures in all related areas Any other projects/work assigned by management

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Fresher / 1 year experience in planning, scheduling, and purchasing MRP experience in SAP will be added advantage

What Will Put You Ahead

Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in related field Engineering in Mechanical or Production .
Working knoweldge in SAP Proficient in Microsoft office Good organization skills with a strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize workload Excellent written and verbal communication skills
