Supply Intern

• Assist in planning and coordinating wedding events.
• Support sales team with lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups.
• Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and client presentations.
• Maintain client communication and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist in marketing event promotions via social media and other platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage event logistics.
• Provide on-site support during events, including setup and troubleshooting.
• Track sales progress and update CRM systems.
• Assist with event documentation, contracts, and budgeting.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Interest in the wedding or events industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude toward learning and growth.
