Job Description

As a Solution Specialist at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to shape your career and contribute to the growth of the company in the FMCG industry. Your main responsibilities will include: - Driving revenue growth for Capgemini in the FMCG industry, particularly in Integrated Operations within Supply Chain - Supporting capability sales and delivery at target accounts - Acting as the Executive Vision-maker, Solution Designer, and Subject Matter Specialist to deliver innovative designs - Driving industry Knowledge Development and Thought Leadership delivery - Developing eco-system externally through alliances, Joint Solutioning, and internally through go-to-market training - Driving sales, solutioning, and Client Relationships in areas like Account development and CXO Relationships - Liaising with Marketing as Advisor for Events, Social, Web PR, and Accounts Marketing - Connecting various capabilities areas, creating a unified vision for Capgemini, and driving key deals both on Business Development and delivery Qualifications required for this role: - Strong understanding of Demand planning, Digital and Collaborative Planning - Exposure to Omni-Channel Supply, Agile Supply Chain - Knowledge of Circular Supply Chain and Sustainability practices - Understanding of AI/ML in Planning and Delivery phase, Predictive analysis, and Predictive supply - Recognized as a thought leader in New Age Supply Chain solutions like AI, ML, RPA, Prescriptive Supply Chain analysis, Cloud Supply Chain - Solid relationships within key players in the eco-system and relationships with CxOs - Innovative mindset and ability to adapt to ever-changing dynamics of Retail - Agile Delivery mindset of converting POCs to assets - Experience in developing Thought Leadership papers and understanding Global BUs business needs About Capgemini: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse team of over 340,000 members in more than 50 countries.
