As a Quality Paperwork Candidate with an Aviation background at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in reviewing paperwork provided by suppliers. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of 16 CSRs, overseeing performance management, handling client stakeholders effectively, and promoting process enhancements. Ensuring the maintenance of SLAs and KPIs will be essential in this role.
