Job Description

As a Supply Chain Plan & Analytics Associate Manager at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in managing planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service supply chain operations. Your primary objective will be to assist clients in realizing a significant return on investment by optimizing supply chain processes, aiming for a $5 return for every $1 spent on our services. Key Responsibilities: - You will be an integral part of the Supply Chain Planning Team, overseeing end-to-end supply planning and execution processes. - Assess, design, build, and implement best practices for Supply Planning capabilities, including Inventory Planning/Optimization, Materials Requirements Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Supplier Collaboration, and Integrated Planning. - Develop and maintain a long-range demand plan for global categories, ensuring realistic growth targets and fostering innovation across regions and brands. - Lead scenario planning and forecasting at the category level to support strategic decision-making. - Collaborate with brands to devise a 3-year New Product Launch (NPL) strategy. - Oversee regional demand forecasting (2-12 months) to ensure accuracy and promote cross-team collaboration. - Review affiliate demand plans, correct biases, and facilitate the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. - Partner with Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning teams to align on category and brand forecasts. - Utilize scenario analysis and new product launch planning experience effectively. - Demonstrate proficiency in forecasting tools such as SAP, Oracle O9, or other relevant platforms. - Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive informed decision-making. - Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Possess the capability to lead teams and manage complex global projects successfully. Qualifications: - Any Graduation - 10 to 14 years of relevant experience In this role, you will be expected to analyze and solve moderately complex problems, often creating new solutions by leveraging existing methods and procedures. You should have a clear understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management and be able to align team goals accordingly. Your primary interactions will be with your direct supervisor, team leads, peers, and management levels both at clients and within Accenture. Please note that this position may require you to work in rotational shifts.,
