Supply Chain Plan & Analyt Analyst

As a Supply Chain Plan&Analyt Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for managing planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service supply chain operations. Your role will involve working with the Supply Chain Planning Team to ensure end-to-end supply planning and execution. This includes assessing, designing, building, and implementing best practices in supply planning capabilities such as Inventory Planning/Optimization, Materials Requirements Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, and Supplier Collaboration within Integrated Planning. In this position, you will be working on projects across various business processes, business applications, and information technology. Your tasks may include providing technology services like application management and infrastructure management, as well as delivering business process services such as finance and accounting, procurement, and human resources. Accenture is looking for a Supply Chain Operations Analyst with the following qualifications and skills: - 3 to 5 years of Supply Chain Experience - Advanced user skills in o9 and SAP BI - Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including Power BI - Exposure to forecasting models is a plus - Exceptional multi-tasking skills with attention to detail and high levels of accuracy - Solid understanding and experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis - Proficiency in Excel - Excellent communication, organization/time management, and problem-solving skills - Project management skills Your roles and responsibilities as a Supply Chain Plan&Analyt Analyst will include: - Developing and maintaining statistical forecast models using historical sales data, market trends, promotional plans, and other demand drivers - Analyzing historical sales patterns, seasonality, and other factors to understand demand behaviors - Managing SKU-Channel forecasts in the O9 system for a Brand cluster as part of a monthly Integrated Business Planning cycle - Incorporating market intelligence, sales insights, and new product introduction plans into the forecasting process - Monitoring forecast accuracy, identifying variances, and conducting root cause analysis to refine future forecasts - Leading or participating in demand review meetings as part of the Sales & Operations Planning process - Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to gather input, communicate forecast assumptions, and achieve a consensus demand plan - Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets related to sales, inventory, market conditions, and external factors - Preparing and presenting key demand planning reports and KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, and service levels If you have a background in Supply Chain and possess the required skills and qualifications, Accenture invites you to be a part of our dynamic team dedicated to delivering value and success to our clients.,
