We are on a mission to revolutionize the home brewing culture in Indiaand we’re looking for passionate professionals to join us on this journey. Role Overview: The Manager – Supply Chain Operations is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain efficiency, inventory optimization, and operational excellence. This role requires a forward-thinking individual capable of leveraging technology, designing systems, and managing teams to build a robust and scalable supply chain network. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement strategies for effective inventory management and control. Develop and institutionalize SOPs for goods and information flow across the supply chain. Identify and implement technologies to enhance cost-effectiveness and process efficiency. Ensure optimal fill rates and streamline order fulfillment processes. Build and lead forecasting and demand planning systems. Oversee warehousing operations, ensuring systematic storage and continuous optimization. Drive cost-saving initiatives across logistics, procurement, and warehouse functions. Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs such as DSI (Days Sales of Inventory) and order accuracy. Manage external vendor relationships and negotiate service level agreements. Lead and mentor the warehouse and supply chain team to drive performance and accountability. Qualifications: MBA in Operations Management or a related discipline. Minimum of 8 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity. Preferred Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office , SAP , and tools such as JDA for reporting/forecasting. Exposure to cloud-based CRM and ERP platforms like Zoho , Freshbooks , etc. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments and fast-paced operations. Additional Notes: Prior experience with an MNC trading organization with Pan-India supply chain operations is highly desirable.
