Skill required: Plan - Supply and Demand Analytics Designation: Supply Chain Operations Senior Analyst Qualifications: Any Graduation Years of Experience: 5 to 8 years What would you do? Work with supply chain business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions Assess the completeness and accuracy of new data sources and data processing techniques. Gather business requirements and determine most effective and efficient reporting platform Design and develop metrics and reports, dashboards and analyses to drive key business decisions in the supply chain space Conduct large scale data analysis and modeling to derive actionable insights Model data and build comprehensive dashboards that evaluate business effectiveness and impact. Further improve and optimize dashboard user experience. Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy Automate manual execution processes You will be part of Supply Chain Planning Team which is responsible for end to end supply planning and executionIn Supply and Demand Analytics, you will be working on a platform that allows to drill deeper into supply chain data and presents the necessary reports and Key Performance Indicators in a detailed and organized manner based on customer requirements. What are we looking for? Bachelor s or higher degree in a quantitative or analytical field Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement/Manufacturing/Data and Analytics Minimum 1 years experience using Advanced SQL, Advanced Excel/Spreadsheets and Javascript/Apps Script Minimum 1 year using Data visualization tools such as PLX, Data Studio, or Tableau Proficiency in Python Understanding of end to end supply chain management and Product Lifecycle Management Ability to analyze an enormous amount of complex data, and deliver meaningful conclusions that can be turned into actionable decisions Strong design skills in Interaction (User- Reports like navigation, drills, sharing etc.) Strong visualization experience- charts, bars, images, dynamic reports etc. Excellent Oral/Written Communication and Stakeholder management Skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Self driven, ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision Experience using statistical computer languages to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets. Experience working with and creating data architectures. Knowledge and experience in data modeling:trend analysis, linear interpolation, etc. Experience using ETL tools and standard query languages Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Qualifications Any Graduation
