Proactively support Operations by tracking on-time performance and measuring vendor KPI. Prepare and publish dashboards & complete reporting activities. Coordinate between internal customers and appropriate internal organization to resolve queries. Ensuring the team processes the orders accurately and data in the system meet contractual service and billing commitments. Support to customers, account managers and project managers on services order implementation and issues using defined procedures and processes, to meet internal service level agreement & customer satisfaction targets.Responsible for managing team directly under own leadership.Coaching and mentoring team members to improve productivity, efficiency and effectivenessActively monitoring and tracking the performance of the team and team membersPrepare dashboard, reports, understanding trends, challenges, achievementsBuild a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders What are we looking for A minimum of 5 years of experience in the International Supply Chain is a MUSTAbility to ability to work in a virtual team environment.Problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.Good verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence skillsFluency in EnglishStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, macro, etc. Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Qualification Any Graduation
