Supply Chain Operations Analyst

As a Supply Chain Operations Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in managing planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service supply chain operations. Your expertise will help clients realize significant ROI, ensuring $5 for every $1 spent on our services. You will be an integral part of the Supply Chain Planning Team, responsible for end-to-end supply planning and execution. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing, designing, building, and implementing best practices in Order Management. This involves overseeing processes from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement, order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services, and activation of billing. You will also work on Distributed Order Management for both online and physical network management. To excel in this role, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders, perform under pressure, and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally will be essential. As a Supply Chain Operations Analyst, you will be tasked with analyzing and solving lower-complexity problems on a daily basis. Your interactions will primarily be with peers within Accenture, with limited exposure to clients and Accenture management. You can expect moderate-level instructions for daily tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments. Your decisions will directly impact your work and may influence the work of others within the team. While working as an individual contributor, your focus will be on a specific scope of work within the team.
