Skill required: Fulfill - Order Fulfillment Planning Designation: Supply Chain Operations Analyst Qualifications: Any Graduation Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years What would you do? Buyer is responsible for post-PO management activity with necessary stakeholders and managing documents in SharePoint for reference and approval. Sending PO to suppliers and following up on PO confirmation Following up with the suppliers on promise date, Expedite SKU, and Back orders. Customer Queries related to lead time/ETA Supplier Invoice payment Supplier Connect depending on the frequency. PO Cancelation and Editing the PO Creating ME Ticket for the required request – Pricing, MOQ Working on Work Bench – IA ( Inventory Adjustment ), PPV ( Purchase Price Variance ) Resolving issues related to Short shipment, Over shipment and damages ( RMA's, Credit Note ) Reporting Out to Management/Client and closely working on KPI's with the team In Order Fulfillment Planning, you will be working on planning the inventory or capacity that will be used to fulfill customer orders and determine transportation or delivery of the product through the supply chain.
