Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end supply activities (production, packaging, labeling, warehousing, transportation, distribution for clinical trials).
Act as unit representative in project teams, ensuring deliverables are met.
Interpret results, evaluate data, draw conclusions, and report findings.
Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
Drive project execution to achieve key milestones, quality, and compliance.
Ensure adherence to GMP/cGMP, ICH, GCP, HSE, and company standards.
Coach, mentor, and provide technical training to associates globally.
Contribute to lessons-learned sessions and implement process improvements.
Act as process owner, accountable for improvement and sustainability.
Consolidate data evaluations, propose solutions, and contribute to risk mitigation.
Manage minor budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resources.
Support cultural evolution, positive work ethics, and cross-functional collaboration.
Write and review SOPs related to supply chain processes.
Report technical complaints/adverse events within 24 hours.

Preferred Candidate Profile

34 years of experience in Supply Chain / Pharma / Clinical Trial Supply Management.
Strong knowledge of GMP, GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability in project management and operations execution.
Skilled in supply chain planning, production planning, and warehouse systems (WMS).
Ability to collaborate across boundaries and manage stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, data interpretation, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with ability to mentor junior associates.
