Supply Chain Management (SCM) Internship

In this position as an intern at Supertails.com, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Conducting thorough assessments of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Developing and implementing innovative solutions to streamline warehouse processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs. - Utilizing data analytics and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in last-mile delivery and developing strategies for improvement. - Leading cross-functional teams to implement process excellence initiatives and drive operational excellence throughout the supply chain. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including warehouse managers, logistics teams, and IT professionals, to ensure successful implementation of new processes and technologies. - Leading pilot projects and proof-of-concepts to test new technologies and methodologies before full-scale implementation. - Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implemented solutions, making adjustments as needed to optimize results and achieve continuous improvement. - This position may necessitate travel within the city of Bangalore.
