Supply Chain Management Manager- SOF

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with manufacturing schedules and production goals.

• Lead demand forecasting

  and raw material planning based on

  sales trends

  and production capacity.
• Collaborate with

  R&D, QA/QC, production, and regulatory teams

  to synchronize operations and reduce supply chain disruptions.
• Work closely with the

  Sales Order Fulfillment team

  to ensure real-time visibility on inventory and delivery timelines.
• Implement and refine ERP systems to enhance visibility and traceability in procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
• Monitor logistics to ensure timely movement of materials and goods.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in

  cold chain logistics, hazardous materials handling, and export documentation

  .
• Implement and maintain supply chain KPIs to evaluate operational efficiency and its performance. viz:-[Order Fulfillment Cycle Time, Order Accuracy Rate, Pending order Rate, Customer Complaint Rate (Fulfillment-related), Returned Orders Due to Fulfillment Errors, Fulfillment Cost per Order]
• Identify risks (Delivery delays, transportation issues, material quality) and establish proactive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure supply chain processes comply with internal standards, safety guidelines, and relevant regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean methodologies and ERP system enhancements.
• Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of supply chain professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in

  Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration

  , or a related field; MBA preferred.

• 7+ years of experience

  in supply chain or logistics management.
• Strong analytical,

  negotiation

  , and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in supply chain software.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
