Job Description

Your Role: As a specialist in a specific Supply Chain Insights Product area, you will be responsible for the following duties with guidance and support from the Product Manager: - Partnering with key Business stakeholders to shape high-level Business requirements and define valuable Product strategies aligned with wider Business goals and priorities. - Managing the Product team to deliver the Product roadmap, providing valuable, robust, and secure technology solutions for the Business. - Acting as a key interlock to the Business, translating the needs of key Business stakeholders into high-level Product requirements and managing the Product backlog. - Being responsible for security, compliance, and risk management for the respective Product. - Being accountable for overall Product performance, including delivery velocity, escalated issue resolution, and Product roadmap realization. - Acting as an escalation point for the Product teams and Business regarding Product performance. - Working with the Product Manager and Portfolio function to align Product capacity with relevant Portfolio items. - Supporting Solution Architects in shaping cross-Product solutions and ensuring inter-Product dependencies are properly accounted for. - Fostering a continuous improvement culture within the Product team to enhance overall Product performance. - Advising Business and IS stakeholders on the latest technology developments to inform potential functional opportunities. To Succeed, You Will Need: - Comprehensive experience in managing IT delivery from requirements elicitation to code deployment, with approximately 3 years of relevant industry experience. - A proven track record in defining and executing valuable Product strategies that deliver tangible benefits for the Business. - Expertise in supply chain domains, associated application stacks (e.g., SAP MM, SCM), Data Analytics Solutions, and SQL. - Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior Business stakeholders and translate their high-level requirements into workable solutions. - Strong ability to communicate complex technology ideas to non-technical audiences. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for developing Product use cases and determining their associated value. - Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders, align on competing priorities, and guide Business teams on technology constraints. - Good understanding of Product performance measures and metrics, with a track record of improving overall Product performance. - Knowledgeable in Agile methodologies and frameworks, with experience in upskilling teams in Agile practices.
