**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a part of Oceaneering India Center, you will provide administrative support to the Corporate Supply Chain Management (SCM) team and regional SCM groups. Your role involves preparing and sharing Management Information System (MIS) reports and collaborating with the SCM Aberdeen shipping department for consignments destined for Angola, Brazil, and Baku. You will be responsible for collecting and verifying shipping documents, identifying technical specifications for COTS parts, coordinating with global suppliers, and ensuring all necessary documentation is gathered before dispatching shipments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and maintain MIS reports with accuracy and consistency. - Support team members by sharing expertise, actively participating in meetings, and completing assigned tasks on time. - Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Adhere to standardized processes and predefined parameters. - Communicate effectively with the team, providing updates and escalating issues if needed. - Comply with SCM processes, update documentation, and report work progress consistently. - Develop and maintain system documentation to support operational effectiveness. - Conduct data analysis to generate insights for business decisions. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes. - Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements. - Ensure compliance with company policies and requirements in all documentation. - Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. - Demonstrate technical proficiency in tools such as Excel, ERP systems, and databases. - Continuously learn and adapt to stay updated with best practices in administrative and SCM processes. **Qualifications:** **Essential:** - Bachelor's in Science/Commerce/PGDCA/BCA or B-Tech with 1 year of SCM experience. - Practical experience in SCM-related tasks and ability to mentor entry-level SCM personnel. **Desired:** - Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel, Word, and Visio. **Additional Details:** Oceaneering India Center offers a collaborative and flexible work culture with a focus on solving challenging problems.
