Position -SCM

Qualification Required - Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical / Electronic (MUST)

Add on - MBA-Operation/SCM

Roles and Responsibilities: -

· Revalidate Existing Vendor Registration.

· Timely placement of all purchase orders as per requirement.

· Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.

· Audit of Material Delivered at the site as well as bill received.

· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery and excellent service.

Desired Candidate Profile -

· Excellent technical knowledge of electrical material/ goods/products.

Ability to analyze bills of material and drawings to understand key requirements.

· Good in product sourcing and good with supplier negotiation skills.

· Should be able to handle 8-10 Centers independently for demand-supply planning, stock reports consolidations, and MIS.

Experience in electrical, procurement and operations.

· Manage vendor relationships; Develop new vendors.

· Ability to understand, review and analyze procurement requirements and vendor sourcing for electrical utilities.

· Develop and implement new systems, best practices, inventory control, demand planning, and other optimization in order to grow the business.

· Should have good analytical skills, knowledge of purchase/service order, E-way bill, Challan, etc.

· Must have good communication (oral & written).

· Knowledge of Excel and MIS is a must.

· Should be a good team player and flexible for working hours.

· Should be aware about the SCM process including Logistic, Material/Inventory management.
